Coaching is a contractual approach: it is therefore essential to establish a coaching framework to provide accompanied people with a quality service.
The contractual document defines the mission of Coaching through:
- Objectives and indicators of achievement
- Its duration, frequency, cadence, beginning and end, modalities: face to face, remote
- Its tri-partite commitments
- The budgetary conditions which include the conditions for termination, as well as the rules in case of cancellation or postponement of the meeting
- The personal ethics of the coach and the deontology to which he subscribes
- The methodology (possible use of specific tools)
